Laura has been a competitive bodybuilder for 6 years. Her passion in bodybuilding came as a result of Laura having hypermobility as a child causing postural issues and muscle weaknesses leading to injuries and pain as a teenager. Her mobility improved through deep tissue massage therapy and stretching and she strengthened her physical weaknesses through resistance and strength training, then becoming 4th place British Trained Figure bodybuilding Athlete in 2021.
Laura is a deep tissue sports massage therapist, personal trainer and nutrition advisor. She helps people to get more mobile and stronger through the deep tissue massage, personal training and nutrition plans. Laura has a one to one studio gym where she offers personal training sessions based on individual client needs and goals.
